another one of my favorites. it's a good thing i have food in the oven or i'd be making greg go get stuff to make stuff mushrooms and mac and cheese :).
the stuffed mushrooms i make are my dad's recipe, and are made with butter (big surprise- he uses waaaaaay more than me however), onions, garlic, chopped clams, bread crumbs, parsley, and parmesan cheese. the chopped clams might not seem to make sense, but you don't really know they are clams, they just kind of taste more yum. :). even greg likes them and he hates clams.
ok, i'm either going to have to stop looking at your pics or hurry up my dinner....
my friend makes a clam dip and it is about the same..
i am very happy to be home for a while to delve back into the kitchen
especially now that spring and fresh fruits and veggies are here!
